Overview
Puppy Love is a pet shop website, selling pet food, equipment and accesories.
Project Description
Presented bellow is a short brand book which includes the making process of the logo, color pallate, fonts and a pattern made for possible adverts.
sketching the concept
For the logo, I wanted to use a rounded font to give off a soft and gentle feeling. Adding the paw instead of an ‘O’ and elongating the ‘L’ gives a whimsical effect to the logo while keeping the words legible.
Final Design
Adding the colors adds life to the logo. The paw is colored in red as the shape resembles a heart.
Brand Colors
The colors of the brand incorporate browns to signify nature. Complementory colors were used to represent growth and love, a metaphor for a raising and growing with a pet as it becomes part of your loving family.

Fonts
For the brand’s fonts, I wanted a simple and easy to understand design, without any serifs. I chose a font with many different weights so I could use it for every element and keep a coherent look through-out.
Pattern
This pattern was used as decoration on the site, however it was made to be used in possible promotional adverts and products.
